Pedestrian Killed After Being Struck By Train In Norman

A pedestrian was struck and killed by a train in Norman, Monday afternoon.

First responders were called out to the scene on E. Constitution St., near Classen Blvd. on the south side of the city.

The identity of the victim is not yet known.

The incident has forced the closure of Boyd St. and E. Lindsey St. in the areas around the train track along Classen Blvd. All of the roads were re-opened as of 6:40 p.m., according to Norman Police.
