Spencer PD Investigating After One Man Shot, Transported To Hospital

The Spencer Police Department is investigating after one man was shot and transported to the hospital Thursday night.

According to police, the man was shot near NE 36^th and Post Rd. after holding a victim at knife point.

Police said the man was shot twice but his injuries are not life-threatening.

The names of those involved have not been released. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
