Oklahoma Prep Star & OU Target Trae Young's Final List Coming Soon

Oklahoma Prep Star & OU Target Trae Young's Final List Coming Soon

Norman North senior Trae Young made a huge announcement earlier this summer when he said he'll be returning to play for the Timberwolves instead of leaving for a prep school, but apparently another huge announcement is on the way from the five-star recruit. Young posted on his Twitter account Thursday that his final list of colleges will be coming soon.

Young is the No. 21 player in the 2017 class according to ESPN, but the point guard will likely continue to climb the rankings after he was named the Co-MVP of the Peach Jam down in Atlanta earlier this month while leading Mokan Elite to the championship.

Duke's Mike Krzyewski and Kentucky's John Calipari have been heavily recruiting Young, but the OU coaching staff and players also have a great relationship with him due to his close proximity to the Sooners' program. It's also been rumored that Young could be considering Washington, seeing his good buddy and top-five recruit Michael Porter Jr. just committed to the Huskies.
