OKC Man Accused Of Child Sex Crimes After Incident At Apartment Pool

An Oklahoma City man is accused of child sex crimes after an incident that occurred at the pool of an apartment complex on the southwest side of the metro over the weekend.

Police arrested 54-year-old Jon Davis, Sunday evening, after receiving a call from witnesses who said they saw Davis and a 14-year-old girl having sex in the pool.

When officers arrived they spoke to three witnesses who reported seeing Davis and the teen acting inappropriately. One of the witnesses recorded some of what she saw on her cell phone.

Police separately interviewed both Davis and the young girl about what was going on and originally they both denied any wrongdoing. Later, the girl told police that something had taken place between the two.

Davis was placed under arrest and transported to the Oklahoma County Jail for one count of Forcible Oral Sodomy and one count of Rape by Instrumentation. Bond was set at $75,000 for each count.
