A new report may have you re-thinking your trip to Starbucks.
Some of our favorite drinks are loaded with more sugar than you think. If the sugar doesn't do it, the numbers will surely get your head spinning.
A British group called "Action on Sugar" studied more than 130 drinks at several coffee chains. They found Starbucks' "Hot Mulled Fruit - Grape with Chai, Orange and Cinnamon" was the worst offender. It contains up to 25 teaspoons of sugar. That's three times the amount you'd find in a can of Coke, and three times the recommended amount set by the American Heart Association.
The group says these findings show why flavored drinks should not be consumed daily.
Starbucks has said it's committed to reducing added sugar to its drinks by 25 percent by the year 2020.
