Second Suspect In Murder Of Piedmont Teen Testifies

Chad Raymond testified on Monday in the preliminary trial against Chloe Thomas, one of the two teens accused in the murder of missing Piedmont teen Annie Hill.

Raymond is the other suspect in Hill’s murder. He accepted a plea deal and received a life sentence for his role in the murder, 10 years of which were suspended.
