Three people, including an Oklahoma County Sheriff’s deputy and a child, were injured in a multi-vehicle collision in northeast Oklahoma City, Wednesday morning.
According to the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s office, a crash involving three vehicles, including a deputy's patrol car, occurred at N.E. 50th and N. Hiwassee Road. The scene has been cleared. It appears that one vehicle pulled in front of the other one, and the deputy's patrol car was hit.
The deputy has been transported to the hospital, suffering from a minor head injury. Authorities said a 23-year-old suffered a minor hand laceration, and a 3-year-old child was transported to the hospital, suffering from a head injury.
None of the injuries are life-threatening, authorities said.
The crash remains under investigation.
