Earthquakes shook up residents near Medford Friday evening.
The first was a 4.6 magnitude earthquake that struck at approximately 4:40 p.m. Its epicenter was located just six miles north, northwest Medford, 35 miles north of Enid, and 39 miles west, northwest of Ponca City.
Then shortly after, two more earthquakes struck near the same area. One was a 3.1 magnitude earthquake and the other was a 3.9 magnitude earthquake.
Also, just before 5:10 p.m., a 3.3 magnitude earthquake struck near Helena in Alfalfa County.
The earthquakes were all about two and a half miles deep.
At this time, no injuries or damages have been reported.
