Duncan Man Pleads Not Guilty In Deaths Of Family Members

A Duncan, Oklahoma, man has pleaded not guilty in the deaths of his father, mother and sister.

In court Thursday morning, 20-year-old Alan Hruby pleaded not guilty to three counts of first degree murder.

Prosecutors believe Hruby's motive is linked to his finances being cut off.  Prosecutors have said they will seek the death penalty when Hruby goes to trial. His next court date is set for October.
