A suspect shot up a police car during a chase and pointed his gun at random people in Oklahoma City on Thursday morning.
The chase ended right outside Penn Square Mall when the suspect crashed out.
“Oh he was going real fast, in my assuming, at least 65 or 70 or more. Thank God there wasn't more traffic coming,” said witness, Eugene White.
The suspect is 23-year-old Justin Brown of Crescent. Police were initially called to check on him when someone reported seeing a man sleeping in his car with a gun on his lap.

Officers said Brown refused to get out when they approached him.
“He made a suicidal statement, something along the lines of, ‘I want to die today, you're going to have to kill me today,'” said Oklahoma City Police Capt. Paco Balderrama.
Brown sped off and police said he stuck the gun out of the window several times, pointing it at officers and people nearby.
Police said cell phone video showed Brown pull up to a woman at the mall and pull a gun on her. Brown is also accused of shooting up a patrol car.
“I heard the shots, the guy was shooting,” White explained. “Pow, pow, pow, pow, pow, pow, and I said, ‘Oh my gosh, they are shooting, it's a high-speed chase.'”
Finally, Brown crashed on his own into a shipping container by the Belle Isle Wal-Mart. Police said they never fired a shot at Brown and no one was hurt.
Brown's mother told News 9 after a recent break-up, Brown had been living in his car and that he was in a very dark place emotionally.
“You got to believe that there was something going on with this individual to go on this kind of a dangerous pursuit, endangering the lives of himself, the citizens and police officers altogether,” Balderrama said.
Police said they have connected Brown to another case on June 13 involving an assault with a deadly weapon. They say Brown was involved in a hit-and-run accident in which he pulled a gun on someone at the scene before leaving.
