A warm and windy Wednesday is expected with most of the state reporting 60s and 70s this morning with southerly winds 15 to 20 mph.
Thunderstorms may develop late Wednesday morning and move through the area, but we don't think this will be the main show.
Wednesday afternoon will have partly cloudy skies with a high near 85 degrees. Southerly winds stay at 15 to 20 mph and the Thunderstorm chances rise again especially in the northern third of the state.
Some of these storms will be severe with large hail, strong gusty winds and tornado risk.
You will want to be weather aware today from noon on for sure. Expect storms to be around through early evening.
