One Killed In Small Plane Crash Near Woodward

One person was killed in a small aircraft crash just south of Woodward, Okla., Sunday afternoon.

According to a report by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP), 56-year-old Dennis Dale Baird was killed when the Sabre Ultralight aircraft he was piloting crashed in a field two miles south of Woodward around 1:30 p.m.

Authorities have not said if anyone else was in the plane. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
