Cleveland Co. Teen Rape Suspect Turns Himself In, Bonds Out

One of four teenagers accused of raping an under aged girl has turned himself into Cleveland County Jail and is already out on a $50,000 bond.

The Cleveland County Sheriff's office confirmed that just after 1 p.m. Friday, Johnathan Henderson,18, showed up with a bondsman and turned himself in. He bonded out an hour later.

Three of those men were arrested at Westmoore High School on Wednesday.

They were identified as Terrel Skinner, John Delmoral, and Boston Williams.

They were transferred from the Oklahoma County jail to the Cleveland County Jail this afternoon.

The warrant stated on Jan. 26, Skinner, Delmoral, Williams and Henderson participated in a gang rape of a 15-year-old girl at the Brookwood Village Apartments off Shartel Avenue in Cleveland County.

It stated the victim intended to have consensual sex with Henderson, however the other three came into the room during that encounter. The report stated they all took turns raping the victim. They reportedly even held her by the hair and forced her to perform oral sex on them while being raped.

It claimed the victim never said no because she considered Henderson to be her boyfriend and was shocked that he not only did not stop the rape, but participated in it.

Those with the group 'YES ALL Daughters' said they are sickened by the allegations, and said they are there to support and help the victim and her family.

“We are devastated for her and her family,” said Stacey Wright, one of the founders of YES ALL Daughters. “We don't know many details other than what's in the press but it was brought to my attention yesterday that she is being viciously bullied on social media.”

At the time of this report, none of the young men had been charged or arraigned in this case. News 9 also learned the Oklahoma County District Attorney's office is investigating another sexual encounter between Williams and the under-aged victim that happened back in December at his south Oklahoma City apartment. Henderson was also accused of assaulting the same victim in a classroom at Westmoore High School. The arrest warrant stated the act was caught on surveillance video and that Henderson sent a text message confirming what he had done.
