There are new allegations Tuesday night against a Minco reserve police officer accused of sex crimes. A second woman has come forward accusing the officer of sexually assaulting her at an apartment complex in northwest Oklahoma City.
According to court documents, the woman claims the officer, 26-year-old Brett Johnson, actually threatened to kill her if she told anyone, but she went to police anyway.
In the affidavit the woman says she went to The Cottages apartment complex, near NW 19th St. and MacAurther Blvd., on Aug. 8 to meet a man who responded to her escort ad on Backpage.com. She says Johnson, who was working as a security guard, stopped her, handcuffed and searched her.

He then moved her to an unlit area to "save her dignity". She says he then put his hand "inside her bra", raised her dress, and "put his hands in her underwear".
The woman told police the assault stopped when a woman heard her crying, but she says Johnson made her "apologize" to that woman "for being a prostitute."
Police say they found a picture of the victim, handcuffed and crying, on Johnson's cell phone. She says he took the photo and told her, "If you tell anyone about this I will kill you. I have your picture."
Johnson was arrested Aug. 14 after another woman reported a similar assault. Police say Johnson used Backpage.com to lure both of these women. He has been relieved of his duties with Minco police pending investigation.
