It took some time, but several Oklahoma Sooners finally made it off the board in the 2014 NFL Draft.
Four former Sooners were taken on the third day of the draft while several more signed free agent contracts with teams.
Jalen Saunders was the first off the board, going to the New York Jets in the fourth round with the 104th pick. Aaron Colvin followed later in the round, going to Jacksonville at pick No. 114. Corey Nelson and Trey Millard were drafted in the seventh round, Nelson going to Denver at 242 and Millard to San Francisco at 245.
Oklahoma State and Tulsa didn't have anyone drafted outside of OSU's Justin Gilbert being drafted with the No. 8 overall pick.
