OKC Police Arrest Man Caught Stealing From Car Wash Vending Machine

A man is arrested in a bizarre crime after being caught red handed with red handled pliers.

Humberto Franklin, 32, was arrested in the 3600 block of S. Pennsylvania Avenue as he was riding away from a car wash on a bicycle.

Police say they stopped Franklin and found $5.25 in quarters in his pocket. Turns out, police say surveillance video shows Franklin breaking into the vending machines at a car wash.

He now faces burglary charges.
