The annual festival will take place on April 18 from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., April 19 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and April 20 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Main Street between 7th and 10th Avenues and the alleyways on 8th and 9th Avenues between Lewis and Husband Streets.
Held rain or shine, the festival will feature more than 100 fine artists from around the country, as well as entertainment for all ages including live, local entertainment, food vendors, artist demonstrations and children's activities.
Festival entries are juried by a committee of four individuals with experience in various artistic media. Acceptance is based on quality and the balance of the various media entries. Downtown Stillwater (Stillwater Business Improvement Distinct #1) is sponsoring the $500 Best of Show award.
"We have a diverse group of artists ranging from local to around the country," Festival Coordinator Rachel Palmer said.
The festival attracts more than 10,000 patrons ranging from true art aficionados and collectors to fans of the arts.

"Many Stillwater residents attend every year to see what new and wonderful pieces their favorite artists have created, so they can add items to their collections," said Palmer. "Other festival goers are looking for one-of-a-kind gifts—everything from Christmas to graduation to Mother's Day."
Entertainment begins on Friday afternoon with a Reading Flash Mob hosted by the Stillwater Public Library at 11:45 a.m. Free, live entertainment will be available from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Performers for Friday include Corey Kent White at 7 p.m., followed by a downtown block party.
