An Oklahoma family needs help solving their loved one's murder, and they are offering a $5,000 reward to the person who helps them catch the killer.
It was back on October 26, 2013 that Charles Jasper was found shot to death in his pickup truck at the Liberty Station Apartments near the State Capitol. And to this day police have no leads as to who pulled the trigger.

"My dad was a very good person, a very funny person," said Syrease McCullough, Charles Jasper's daughter. "He was always the life of the room."
McCullough still has many fond memories of her father, who everyone knew as CJ. But what she and many others can't understand is why anyone would want to kill him.
"If someone needed their lawn mowed, he was there," said McCullough. "If they needed a room painted or something fixed, or a ride to a group meeting, he would take them - no questions asked."
But the big question now is who killed CJ? His family is still trying to figure out what he was doing at the Liberty Station Apartments the night he was shot and killed. They say he didn't live there, and would have no reason to be in the area.
"We can't rest and move on," said McCullough. "This person is still out there, and they're getting to be with their family and watch their children grow up, and their grandchildren grow up. And my father is not getting to do that."
Police say Jasper was found slumped over in the driver's seat of his pickup truck at the Liberty Station Apartments parking lot. His seatbelt was still on and the driver's side window was shattered.
We checked and the autopsy report reveals CJ had been shot multiple times. Now, almost five months later, the family wants closure. And they hope someone will call police, and turn in the person responsible.
"I do want this person brought to justice," said McCullough. "So please, if you know something, if you've heard something, even if you don't think it's significant - please call."
So far police have hit nothing but dead ends in this case. They are hoping the reward offered by the family will motivate someone to come forward with the crucial clue they need to make an arrest.
The family and several friends are putting up fliers with that reward information at the apartment complex where Charles Jasper was killed. They will also be handing them out all over the neighborhood, hoping it will motivate someone to come forward.
If you have information about this crime, you are encouraged to call OKC Crime Stoppers at (405) 235-7300.
