Jadda Buckley scored 29 points to help No. 14 Iowa State defeated No. 25 Oklahoma in overtime 82-75 on Sunday.
The Cyclones (13-0, 2-0 Big 12) shot 45.5 percent and made 13 3-pointers. Buckley was 9 of 10 from the field and hit six from beyond the arc. Hallie Christofferson had 23 points for Iowa State and Nikki Moody contributed 13 with six assists.
Oklahoma (10-5, 1-1) was led by Morgan Hook's season high of 26 points on 8-of-16 shooting. Sharane Campbell added 16 points with nine rebounds and five steals, a career-high.
The Sooners grabbed a late lead when a Campbell steal and layup made it 69-67 with 21 seconds left. Moody was fouled after pulling down an offensive rebound and hit both free throws to send the game into overtime.
The Sooners lost Aaryn Ellenberg for overtime at the end of regulation when Ellenberg fouled out. She finished with just 10 points and now is six points shy of becoming the sixth OU player to score 2,000 points in a career.
Buckley hit a 3-pointer and a layup in overtime, and Iowa State sank six late free throws to ice the game.
The Sooners have now lost five straight to Iowa State.
