Holiday Cranberry Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

2 containers Braum's cream cheese

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

16oz. whole cranberry sauce

Large granny smith apple, chopped

1/2 red onion, chopped

1/2 fresh orange, squeezed

1 tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp kosher salt

1/2 jalapeno, minced (if you like some kick)

assorted crackers and pita chips

Instructions:

On an oversized piece of plastic wrap, place cream cheese in the center and make into the shape of a christmas tree. Place into the refrigerator and allow to setup for a couple of hours. Using an oversized platter set the cream cheese tree in the center.

In a large bowl combine cranberries, green apple, cilantro, orange juice, sugar, salt and jalapeño (if you love heat). Toss till well combined. Pour over the top of the cream cheese tree. Place pita chips and crackers around the festive dip tree.
