Oklahoma City police confirm that Jevontai Ingram was shot in Moore Tuesday night, and then arrested at an Oklahoma City hospital for outstanding warrants related to the deadly 2009 robbery at Reliable Pharmacy.
Ingram is one of two masked robbers who held up pharmacist Jerome Ersland at Reliable Pharmacy. Ersland and Ingram were both convicted of murder, after Ersland repeatedly shot Antwun Parker during the botched robbery. Ersland is serving a life sentence.
Ingram, who was convicted as a juvenile, was released from prison in September 2012 at the age of 18, after spending fewer than four years in prison.

Moore Police say they were called around 10 p.m. Tuesday, December 17, to Nottingham Apartments on N.W. 27th Street for a reported shooting. They didn't find anything, and left the scene.
Sgt. Jeremy Lewis says police later received a call that a man was brought to OU Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the head after a shooting in Moore. That victim turned out to be Ingram, who had outstanding warrants for failing to pay fines and fees.
Ingram was arrested while he was still hospitalized. He was treated and released, and booked into the Oklahoma County jail.
Moore Police returned to the apartments to investigate, and discovered a shell casing where the shooting took place. Investigators are still trying to determine exactly what happened.
