A man who authorities say flipped his car while speeding, killing two of his passengers, has been given a ten year deferred sentence.
Oklahoma City police say 22-year-old Hunter Sivigliano was speeding when he flipped his car near S.E. 74th and Air Depot back in June, 2011. His passenger, 23-year-old Ryan Gonzales died in the accident.

Another passenger survived, was treated at the hospital, but died a month later.
Sivigliano entered a blind guilty plea on Friday. The judge says he must also complete 400 hours of community service.
