One year ago, neighbors in Slaughterville, Okla. were being told to leave their homes with a wildfire bearing down.
Today the homes have been rebuilt out of the ashes. One of the families that lost everything gathered on Saturday. They say it's amazing how far they have come.
"We're all here. We're all safe. You know we were lucky. Nobody was hurt in the fire. So we were really lucky," said Chrystal Loyd.
When the fires in Slaughterville happened, they were ruled arson. But News 9 is told no arrests have been made.
