Boat Catches On Fire At SW OKC Apartment Complex

Firefighters put out a boat fire at an apartment complex in southwest Oklahoma City late Wednesday night.

According to the fire department, crews responded to the fire at an apartment complex, located near S.W. 58th and Douglas just before midnight.

Firefighters were able to extinguish the fire quickly, but they noticed a strange odor.

Hazmat crews were called in. Turns out, the smell was leaking gas coming from the boat.

No injuries were reported.
