Hole On I-35 Bridge Over NE 63rd St. Repaired

Crews have repaired a hole on the Interstate 44 bridge over NE 63rd St.

The eastbound I-44 off ramp to southbound Interstate 35 was closed and the right lane of southbound I-35 was also closed between Wilshire Blvd. and NE 63rd St. due to a large hole in the I-35 bridge over NE 63rd street.

Repair crews say the hole was about 6 ft. X 4 ft. big and roads were closed until about 7 p.m. 

Crews anticipated the closure to last through rush hour as they made repairs. Message boards were put in place to help direct traffic while crews made the repairs.
