Serge Ibaka poured in a career-high 25 points to lead the Oklahoma City Thunder to a 105-94 win over the Detroit Pistons Friday night.
OKC debuted its new alternate uniforms in front of the home fans; an all-navy and white, throwback look. While the reviews of the uniforms are mixed, Thunder fans have to like the final result.
Ibaka's strong showing coupled with Kevin Durant's 25 points and 13 rebounds helped Oklahoma City improve to 4-2 on the young season.
The pesky Pistons hung around the whole time, largely thanks to the performance of center Andre Drummond. The rookie from UConn came off the bench to lead Detroit with 22 points on 8-10 shooting with eight rebounds. ‘
The Thunder got 16 points off the bench from Kevin Martin while Eric Maynor chipped in 13 for OKC's second unit. Russell Westbrook continued his struggles from the floor this season, shooting 3-10 from the field for 10 points.
OKC will play its fourth-straight home game against an Eastern Conference opponent when the Cleveland Cavs come to town Sunday at 7 p.m.
