Oklahoma Mom Sentenced For Enabling Child Abuse

A Kingfisher County judge has sentenced a woman who prosecutors say knew her 14-year-old daughter was having a sexual relationship with her uncle, but did nothing about it.

Angela Tuszynski pleaded guilty to enabling child abuse. The judge sentenced her to 15 years in prison, with 14 years suspended.

Matthew Mallory was arrested in San Antonio in April 2011. Prosecutors said he ran away with Tuszynski's daughter. Mallory pleaded guilty to rape and sexual abuse charges. He was sentenced to four consecutive life sentences.
