Police Interview Person Of Interest In Attack On Edmond Jogger

Edmond Police are talking to a person they say may have information about a vicious attack on a female jogger Tuesday night. 

Police say a surveillance photo taken of a man walking into the Circle K convenience store at 15th St. and Frontage Rd. led them to the man Thursday afternoon. 

Police say the man is not a suspect in the attack, but because he was in the area around the time it happened, he may have seen something.

Police say a 20-year-old woman was attacked just before 10 p.m. Tuesday on Frontage Road, between 15^th Street and 2^nd Street. 

She fought off her attacker, but she suffered a severe head injury.  She continues to recover at Integris Baptist Hospital Thursday night.
