Mother Of Murdered Girl Files Lawsuit Against Oklahoma DHS

The mother of 5-year-old Serenity Deal files a lawsuit against the Department of Human Services. The young girl died while in the custody of her father.

Samantha Deal, who's serving time for child molestation, is asking for a million dollars for herself and a million more for each of her two remaining daughters.

Just before Serenity's 2011 beating death, DHS released her from foster care and placed her with her father, Sean Brooks.
