Pauls Valley Driver May Face Charges For Pedestrian Deaths

A Pauls Valley driver may soon face charges stemming from a deadly accident on I-35 last weekend.

OHP says Linda Oliver changed lanes to avoid two pedestrians on the side of the road, but then swerved back toward them to avoid traffic.

Oliver hit the pedestrians. They both died at the scene.

Friday night OHP says investigators will meet with the DA's office next week to determine whether to file charges.
