OKLAHOMA CITY -- Red means stop. That's the point behind Aaron's Law.
The parents of Aaron Zents were there as Governor Fallin signed Representative Colby Schwartz's bill Wednesday.
Their 17-year-old was killed in 2009 by a driver who ran a red light.
The new law makes vehicular manslaughter, a felony, regardless if the driver is impaired. The penalties include a fine of no less than a thousand dollars and loss of license.
