Oklahoma City 'Art With A Heart' Auction To Benefit Kids With Cancer

OKLAHOMA CITY -- "Art with a Heart" will be held at the Oklahoma History Center on February 25. The event is an art show and auction of art created by children in the art therapy program at Jimmy Everest Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders.

The proceeds benefit Oklahoma Children's Cancer Association. Last year, the event raised $45,000 for OCCA.

Children will arrive at the event in limousines to walk the red carpet up to the Oklahoma History Center. They will be escorted by members of the University of Oklahoma basketball team and Coach Sherri Coale.

The fundraiser will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. at 2401 N. Laird Avenue in Oklahoma City.
