Drunk Driver, Passenger Arrested After Short Chase In Enid

ENID, Oklahoma – Police arrested two men after a pursuit shortly before midnight Tuesday night.

Enid police saw a blue Chevy Silverado truck driving recklessly in the Cedar Ridge addition. After activating his emergency lights, a short pursuit ensued. The suspect crashed in a drainage ditch near Garland and Parkwood.

The driver and two passengers fled the scene on foot. Police found the driver, Cody Mcree, and one passenger, Michael Perosi.

Mcree was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and eluding police. The 21-year-old was previously arrested for DUI in November 2010.

Perosi, 20, was arrested for public intoxication.
