OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Attorney General plans to appeal a judge's decision to throw out an anti-abortion law.
The law would have required women to get an ultrasound at least one hour before getting an abortion.
Oklahoma County District Judge Vicki Robertson ruled Tuesday that Senate Bill 1878 is unconstitutional.
Attorney General Drew Edmondson will ask the State Supreme Court to overturn the judge's ruling.
