CLAREMORE, Oklahoma - A drunk driving suspect was hospitalized after he tried to make a court appearance while intoxicated, deputies said.
Rogers County Sheriff's deputies say James Lee was so drunk when making his appearance ina Claremore courtroom, they took him to a hospital.
Lee has previous convictions for public drunkenness, driving with an open container and with a suspended license.
Sheriff's deputies say his blood alcohol level measured .31 on their portable breathalyzer.
Once Lee leaves the hospital, deputies plan to book him into the Rogers County jail on a public drunkenness complaint.
