OKLAHOMA CITY -- Victims of the ice storm, tornadoes, and now fires are getting a break in filing their taxes.
All residents who live in Oklahoma, Logan or Carter counties have until May 11 to file their state and federal tax returns, said Paula Ross, Oklahoma Tax Commission spokeswoman.
The Federal filing deadline was extended because of the February 10 tornados and subsequent disaster declaration.
For all other counties, the deadline remains midnight April 15.
