MIAMI, Florida - OU Quarterback Sam Bradford will play for the BCS National Championship with holes in his socks.
"I've worn the same socks every game week," Bradford said. "If you saw them, they're really not like socks anymore. They're just kind of like pieces of thread."
At the BCS National Championship media day on Monday, the OU quarterback and Heisman trophy winner said he'll be wearing his lucky pair of socks Thursday when No. 1 Florida plays No. 2 Oklahoma for the national title.
"I have so many superstitions that I probably couldn't tell you all of them," Bradford said.
The quarterback also said he reads the story of David and Goliath before each game.
