Christmas Goes Cruising on the Oklahoma River

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A free family-friendly holiday event is rolling down the river on Black Friday.

Friday, Nov. 28 is the Fifth Annual Devon Energy Holiday River Parade to kick off the Christmas season.

The parade will be led by the Oklahoma River Cruise boats strung with lights along with a special appearance by Santa.

The two major viewing areas at Regatta Park, where the parade starts, and Wiley Post Park, where the parade ends, are open at 4 p.m. The parade begins at 5 p.m. and parking and admission are free.
