Just wrapping up live shots in Texas City. We're are seeing very little rain so far and wind speeds are about 45mph.
We heard a loud boom a while ago, turns out it was an explosion at the Galveston Yacht Basin. Several sailboats are burning and firefighters can't get to them because of flooding in the streets.
We'lll be moving up to Clear Lake right on Galveston Bay for our 10 p.m.
