Foo Fighters concert canceled

Foo Fighters concert canceled due to singer's illness.

The Foo Fighters concert originally scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Ford Center has been postponed due to the illness of lead singer Dave Grohl.

On his online blog, Grohl wrote, "Anyone who knows this band knows we RARELY ever cancel gigs. Someone's gotta be pretty thrashed in order for that to happen. Well........yours truly is down for the count. Big time."

A Fayetteville, Ark. concert was also canceled.

The band does write that they will reschedule for another date.
