Lawsuit asks ORU audit be made public

A Tulsa attorney has filed a lawsuit against Oral Roberts University asking that a recent audit of the school's finances be made public.

A Tulsa attorney has filed a lawsuit against Oral Roberts University asking that a recent audit of the school's finances be made public. A former accountant alleges that more than a billion dollars annually was inappropriately funneled through the school.

The University denies those charges and Chair of the board of trustees and donor Mart Green says he doesn't know if the report can be released publicly.
