The Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office filed charges against three people for allegedly bringing drugs into the Oklahoma County jail, read a press release from police.
Joy Hannah Chicoraske is charged with sneaking marijuana, rolling papers and tobacco into the prison.
Investigators said they determined Chicoraske was delivering the drugs to inmates by tampering with bottles of saline solution. Chicoraske was placing drugs and contraband inside the saline bottles, which were then sent to inmates, police said.
On January 10, investigators were able to recover evidence of nearly two ounces of marijuana and other contraband.
Aaron Edwards and Mario Ontiveros, who are cousins, received the illegal packages, police said. The two allegedly set up the delivery for the drugs using the jail's phone. Police said they have recordings of the cousins setting up the arrangements.
