A pair of tornadoes were seen touching down in far eastern Alfalfa County and Grant County, Tuesday evening.
News 9’s David Payne issued the first Tornado Warning just after 6:30 p.m. News 9 StormTrackers Marty Logan and Bobby Payne confirmed the touch down along the line between Alfalfa and Grant County, near the town of Jet, Oklahoma.
Trackers reported the storm produced a multiple vortices and caused some damage to trees. The tornado formed in a field and was not a threat to any structures.
Then just before 7:30 p.m. a second tornado formed about a mile east of Medford, Oklahoma in Grant County.
No damage or injuries have been reported with either tornado.
