Enid police arrested four people on marijuana-related charges on Thursday, November 6.
According to Enid police, officers executed a search warrant at an apartment in the 100 block of N. 11th. They found about one pound of marijuana, digital scales, and repackaging materials inside the apartment.
Police said 19-year-old Deon Ray Parker and 19-year-old Keon Parker live at the apartment. Both were arrested on one count of possession of CDS with the intent to distribute within 2,000 feet of a school.
According to police, before the search warrant was executed, detectives saw several people leave the apartment and get into a white Dodge pickup. The pickup then went eastbound on Randolph from 11th Street.
Officers stopped the pickup about three blocks east of the apartment, and spoke with the driver, 20-year-old Hayley Bickerstaff. A 1-year-old child and another passenger, 31-year-old Keith Dewayne Morris II, were also in the vehicle.
Both Bickerstaff and Morris were arrested on one count of possession of marijuana in the presence of a minor. The child was released to a relative.
