OKC Pastor Accused In Shooting Death Of Son-In-Law

Oklahoma City police have identified the victim and suspect in Wednesday night's deadly shooting on N.W. 12th Street. The victim has been identified as Gary Lance Davidson, who lived at the house on 12th street. He also used to live in Mustang and is said to have been employed at Libra Electric.

The suspect is 53-year-old Michael Scott Elder, who has been identified as Davidson's father-in-law. He is said to be the pastor at The Cross Baptist Church on S.W. 96th Street in Oklahoma City.

Police say a domestic dispute led to the deadly shooting. Davidson had just filed for divorce from Elder's daughter on February 19.

Elder is currently being held in the Oklahoma county jail accused of murder. It will be up to the DA's office to determine what charge he will face.
