OKFUSKEE COUNTY, Oklahoma - Law enforcement officials are holding a news conference on the Weleetka murders at 2 p.m. Friday.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation announced that they will be present with the Okfuskee County District Attorney and Sheriff's Office outside the county courthouse.
They will discuss the murders of 13-year-old Taylor Placker and 11-year-old Skyla Whitaker.
On June 8, 2008, 11-year-old Skyla Whitaker and 13-year-old Taylor Paschal Placker were shot and killed about a 100 yards from Taylor's rural Okfuskee County home.

In November of this year, the OSBI released information about the gun used in the killing, a Glock .40 caliber handgun with the serial number of EKG463US.
