UPDATE: YUKON, Oklahoma -- A missing Yukon man has been found dead.
Leonard Poplin, also known as "Greg," went missing Tuesday morning. Yukon police officers found his body Wednesday morning in a motel near Interstate 40 and Mustang Road in Yukon.
Police are not saying how Poplin died, but they do not suspect foul play.
UPDATE: YUKON, Oklahoma – The Yukon Police Department launched a search Wednesday morning for a man who disappeared a day earlier.
Police issued a Silver Alert for 56-year-old Leonard Poplin Tuesday night. He was last seen around 8 a.m. that morning at 117 Snowmass Drive in Yukon.
Search and rescue teams set up a command post at 11715 N.W. 10th Street in Yukon early Wednesday morning. They're using dogs to try to track Poplin's scent.
Poplin was last seen wearing an Old Navy blue t-shirt, light denim shorts and gray New Balance tennis shoes. He was on foot and did not have any identification with him.
Poplin has a heart condition, as well as a fresh wound with blue stitches on his right leg, at approximately hamstring level.
Police say because of Poplin's medical condition, he is in danger of serious bodily injury or death.
