OKLAHOMA CITY -- Thousands of Oklahomans braved the cold, windy weather to take part in one of the many activities going on in downtown Oklahoma City on New Year's Eve.
There were plenty of ways to celebrate with the Thunder game, the Flaming Lips concert and Opening Night 2011.
Those who came downtown for the annual Opening Night celebration were treated to performances from local artists, musicians and comedians at several downtown venues.
Everyone converged at Kerr Park for a midnight fireworks show.
A 10-foot mirrored ball was lifted 15 stories above the crowd as Oklahoma City counted the final seconds of 2010.
