TECUMSEH, Oklahoma -- A man and his son were victims of a carjacking that then led to a high-speed chase Tuesday morning.
Tecumseh resident George Thomas was getting in his car, preparing to take his son, Christian, to the doctor, when suddenly his car was bumped from behind by a blue van.
"I looked to my left, and there was a guy standing there with a gun in my face," George Thomas said.
The man, one of two men wanted in a tri-county crime spree, ordered Thomas and his son out of their car. The man got in the car and took off eastbound on Highway 9.
Pottawatomie County deputies were soon in hot pursuit and captured the suspect near Norman.
