OKLAHOMA CITY -- Tuesday, the Oklahoma City Economic Development Trust approved a revised agreement with Horizon Group Properties over plans to build an outlet mall in the metro.
The new deal calls for the city to make an extra $1 million investment by building a road leading into the mall.
See a list of committed stores as of May 10.
Site work has already started at I-40 and Council which is where the mall will be built. The outlet mall was supposed to be finished but the economic downturn put plans on hold.
The new agreement still has to approved by city council. It's scheduled to be voted on next Tuesday.
If the plan is approved by the city council, the mall is should be open in about 18 months.
